Oh my gosh - I just noticed that my little hit counter has spun itself past 10,000 hits! Can you believe it? How fun is that, anyway? Between all the wonderful stamping time I got yesterday at Scrap Mania (hi Heather!) and this *serious* blog milestone, I declare it to be Stampin' Party Time!
You know what that means -- Blog Bling!
Isn't it beautiful?? You didn't think I'd pass up the chance to share something shiny, did ya? The lucky winner will receive a brand new set of Shimmers Pearlescent Chalks from Pebbles, Inc., a 5-yard roll of yummy yummy two-tone grosgrain ribbon (light and dark pink), and a brand new wood-mounted stamp from Inkadinkadoo. I have both color sets of these shimmery chalks myself and I love them. I haven't used those "regular" ones since I opened these.

Love your blog! Thought I'd share this recipe my husband and I got in the Amish country this weekend. The salsa is made here in Ohio. You can probably order it over the internet. Just do a search for Jose Madrid Salsa or try calling the Walker Food Group at 1(877)745-7207.
Raspberry Chicken
4 Servings
1-12oz.jar Jose Madrid Raspberry
Salsa
4 Boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Cups cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Add approx. 1 inch of water. To tenderize chicken,poke holes in chicken with a fork.
Bake for 45 minutes.
When chicken is finished, on 4 plates layer, rice,salsa and a chicken breast.
*The woman who made the recipe at the Amish country chopped the chicken breasts into bite size pieces, added them to the rice then stirred in the salsa for a one dish meal.
