Polkadoodles' Digi Choosday - Week #28: Anything Goes!

Good morning everyone! It's Choosday already! That means a new Digi Choosday challenge, and a new DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles shop! Head over to the blog to grab it before your shopping spree!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes! For today's wintry inspiration, I've created this cool tag & envelope with non-traditional colors. This was hard for me! Even though I loveeeee seeing all the fun Christmas crafts with NO red and green, I still find myself wanting to reach for it. I did ok here though!

I'm featuring the adorable reindeer from the Winnie Winterland collection. He can be found in the digis mini-bundle or the full collection Big Kahuna bundle. I printed him onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. I cut him out using my Scan N Cut.

I created the rest of the tag using the Layering Trees die set and the Baked With Love sentiment collection layered over paper from Tatty Twinkles Easter collectionThe tag die is from Craftin' Desert Divas. The gorgeous pre-colored tree scene element that I layered onto the front side of the envelope is from the Magical Christmas Printed Topper pack. The sentiment there is also from Baked With Love.

Don't forget to head over to the blog to grab today's discount code! Then shop your heart out. Choosday is the best day!

Time For Tea Designs - Christmas Deer!

Happy Sunday friends! Are you ready for your weekly dose of inspiration from Time For Tea Designs? I know I am! Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! Everyone loves free digis, am I right? The theme for our challenge is Anything Goes. My favorite! It's so easy to enter - just make something using your Time For Tea Designs images and post them! Share with the hashtag #timeforteadesigns so we can find them, and you're entered to win! Challenges run monthly, and we will have a spotlight and a prize winner at the end of each challenge. Oh, and I have a discount code for you to use - T4TJENNIFER10 will save you 10% on your order from the Time For Tea shop! Yayyyy :)

Today's project features some new release stamps and dies that dropped into Create and Craft TV last week, and NOW they are in Time For Tea shop too! So you can use your coupon code! These Christmas Deer are just SO CUTE. My card style today is 7 inches long and 4 inches tall.

I stamped the deer images, sentiment, and North Pole sign onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored them with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. The snowman is a Time for Tea digital image that was a freebie in last winter's Issue 184 of Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine (PS - you can still download it for free on their website!).

I die cut the "Christmas" sentiment out of red felt, so I was able to play around with the shape of it in a way that you can't do with paper. Very cool. Tons of foam tape here to build this scene - I love the dimension it gives. My tree/hill dies are from Elizabeth Craft, the stitched hill die is from Lawn Fawn. I used white Wink of Stella on the trees and the snowman. The snow and texture in the background of the sky is from gold metallic paint, Nuvo Moonstone Glitter Paste, and gloss white Nuvo drops.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. If you've got a moment, head over to join our FB communityfollow us on Instagram, and don't forget to play along with our monthly challenges by tagging #timeforteadesigns - so easy! Thanks for stopping by!

Time For Tea Designs - Kitty Love!

Yayyyy :)

Today's project features some new release stamps and dies that dropped into Create and Craft TV last week, and will be in the Time For Tea shop soon. These Pawsome Christmas pets are SO CUTE!! Do you remember the Pawsome Pets digital stamp set? Well today they are ready for Christmas! Ok, I know I didn't use them for Christmas in THIS project, but that just goes to show you how versatile they are!

Side note - the coolest thing in the universe is that the coordinating die set CUTS AROUND THE LITTLE PAWS when they are in the interior part of the image. So you can place things in their paws! SWOON!

I then stamped the kitty images onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored them with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. I used the Pawsome Pets coordinating dies to cut them out. You can see in the darker grey kitty that I put a heart shaped button in his paws (which were cut out by the die - loveeeeeee).

die cut the "love" twice, once in white and once in the bokeh patterned paper (Fun Stampers Journey) I used behind the shaker box, and layered them together before placing them over the top of the love outline part of the die. I ran the white layer through my Gemini Jr. with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder pattern on it before I glued the layers together. The black background patterned paper is from Bo Bunny.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. If you've got a moment, head over to join our FB communityfollow us on Instagram, and don't forget to play along with our monthly challenges by tagging #timeforteadesigns - so easy! Thanks for stopping by!

Polkadoodles' Digi Choosday - Week #46: AG!

Good morning everyone! It's Choosday already! That means a new Digi Choosday challenge, and a new DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles shop! Head over to the blog to grab it before your shopping spree!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes! For today's wintry inspiration, I've created a shaker card. Every time I make one I have so much fun playing with it afterwards...!

I'm featuring the adorable Rudolph from the Twiggy and Toots Festive Fun collection for shakin' fun. I printed him onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. I cut him out using my Scan N Cut so he was ready to fly.

I created the shaker element for this card using the Fanciful Circles die cut set and a pre-formed cup from an old Stampin' Up package I had in the bottom of a drawer. My background paper is from the Halloween Trick or Treat Papers 1 bundle, or you can find the full Halloween collection here. As you can see, these papers are not just for Halloween! My sentiment/tag elements are all from the Baked With Love sentiment collection. Yellow Stickles sparkles under his hooves, Wink of Stella and white paint pen accents on the rooftops of the houses down below. The die is from Craftin' Desert Divas.

Don't forget to head over to the blog to grab today's discount code! Then shop your heart out. Choosday is the best day!

I've used a couple different images for my "tall and skinny" card today. The first is called Frosty Wrap Up Warm. I've paired it with Frosty Tree Time to create my scene. They are so cute! I printed these sweeties onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. Time For Tea Designs - Fall Flowers

Good morning! Oh, and I have a discount code for you to use - T4TJENNIFER10 will save you 10% on your order from the Time For Tea shop! Yayyyy :)

Today's project features more of the new release stamps, dies and stencils that dropped into the store this month. So much FUN! Today I've used stamps from the Thanks a Bunch collection, how gorgeous is this cascade of flowers???

I've stamped the floral image onto Bazzil textured black and heat embossed them in white using Nuvo Detail white embossing powder. Then I colored these beauties using metallic colored pencils. Mine are a set from Stampin' Up that I've had FOREVER. The photo shows them looking a little streaky but in reality they blended much better.

I then stamped the peeking kitty image onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored him with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. I fussy cut him and layered behind the flowers by cutting along the edge of the embossed image with an Xacto knife and tucking the cat behind.

I die cut the "smile" twice, once in white and once in metallic gold, and layered them together before placing them over the top of the card. I love the classic fall colors I've gotten with this card, they're so rich and beautiful (even though it's snowing again - it's still fall, y'all!!).

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Book Release Blitz - Beard Necessities is LIVE!!!

BANNER_BN_RB

Billy Winston’s family is going to see him happy and in love if it’s the last thing they do.

Beard Necessities, the final standalone in the bestselling romantic comedy Winston Brothers series from New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Penny Reid, is available now!

20191008-BN
No one deserves a happily-ever-after quite as much as the second oldest Winston brother and his lady love, Claire McClure (aka Scarlet St. Claire). Cruelty and circumstance tore them apart almost twenty years ago. Secrecy and bitterness kept them separated.
But you know who's tired of their separation and stubbornness? Everyone. Especially Billy Winston’s family. And now they're going to do something about it.
Well-meaning interference meansthe star-crossed lovers can’t stop tripping over each other in the hills of Tuscany, the catacombsof Rome, and the waterways of Venice. Billy and Claire find themselves thrown together and at the mercy of the Winston siblings’ shenanigans.
But will their forced proximity bring them together? Or push them even further apart?
This second-chance romance brings back the entire Winston gang, playing cupid in one last story of love, hi-jinks, and family collusion.
BEARD NECESSITIES is a full-length contemporary romantic comedy, and can be read as a stand-alone, but it’s probably best read after books 0.5, 2, 3, 5, and 6 of the Winston Brothers series.
