Aud Sentiments #198 - Anything Goes!

Happy Thursday stamping friends! Today I'm sharing my project for the challenge over at Aud Sentiments where the theme is....Anything Goes!

This week's sponsor is the Aud Sentiments blog, and they are offering a wonderful gift certificate prize to a lucky player!

Here's my card, featuring LOTS of amazing goodies from Rubbernecker Stamps. I am in LOVE with this Margarita Glass rubber stamp and matching die cut. It's such a fun, Fun, FUN image that lends itself to so many different types of cards. Earlier this week I made a shaker card with it! Today's project is straight up stamped and cut. Colored with Copics, of course. "Salt" on the rim, because...well...Margarita! ;)

Here's an extra peek at some of the depth and dimension I tried to include here today. Don't you love all the yummy layers?? I started with the border stamp, then added the fun dots dry embossing using a folder. That panel is on the first layer of foam tape, white-on-white card base. I built up the rest of the project from there. A complete supply listing can be found at the end of this post. If you have any questions, leave me a comment or send an email! I'm happy to help!

I stamped the little flowers onto patterned paper and die cut them as well. They've been added to the sentiment tag panel using foam tape. Rhinestones from my stash.

I also used a sketch on this happy card today, Stella Says Sketch #604 on the Catch the Bug blog. What a fun sketch, thanks for the inspiration! Here it is if you'd like to check me :)

Don't forget, Rubbernecker has a new challenge as of Tuesday, so if you can make your project SHAKE, we'd love to see it! You have until Sunday March 11th to link up HERE on the Rubbernecker Challenge Blog.

Oddball Art Stamps September FB Challenge: AG!

Good morning everyone, and Happy First Day of School!!! Hehe. Today I'm sharing my first "official" card as a member of the Oddball Art Stamps Design Team! Yayyyyyy! I'm so thrilled to be joining this team, have always been a fan of Lizzy's amazing images, and all the beautiful work by the designers she's had working with her. I can't believe I get to be one of them!! I hope my projects bring you some inspiration.

Oh...and did you know...if you need this, or any other image (you do), you can receive 10% off your order using coupon code DTJENNIFER10. Perk package!

Onward to the project. We have two challenges per month at Oddball, the first one is the Facebook Challenge, which is always Anything Goes in theme. The challenge takes place on Facebook (obviously) and runs from the 1st through the last day of the month. Just upload your Oddball Art Stamps cards to the album and viola! There is also a blog challenge that you can check out and play along in!

My first project for our September Anything Goes Facebook Challenge features the SWEETEST little witch image...Wendy & Friends, #253. She was colored up with a whole big pile of Copic markers. ;)

I have used papers from Fun Stamper's Journey today, these were offered last fall in 6x6 size, LOVE them. Halloween is my favorite holiday so I'm always buying paper and embellishments for Halloween themed projects! Also tossed in a DCWV layer for extra sparkle. Dies are from Lil' Inker Designs (circle) and Gina Marie (fishtail banner). Embellies from Kaisercraft and Recollections.

Of course, I can't resist a good sketch challenge, today's uses the second Viva la Verve sketch for August. Fantastic as always! Thanks for the inspiration, Julee!

That's it for me today. I hope you're all having a fabulous day! Don't forget to check out the Oddball Art Stamps Facebook Group for more inspiration. I hope to see you playing along with your Oddball beauties!

Penny's Challenge #290: Anything Goes

Good morning stampers! I hope everyone's week is going well! Doing a little catch up blogging, as I keep starting these posts and not finishing/posting. Where is my poor brain? If you have seen it, PLEASE return! It seems I need it... ;)

Today's card features 3 Little Summer Girls from All Dressed Up. They are SO sweet! I especially love the sweetie in the hat.

The picture did NOT show my sketchy sky very well. I colored these beauties with Prismacolor Pencils, including sand and sky for their day at the beach. The sky was light and cloudy, and no matter what I did I couldn't make it pop in the photo. But, I DID do it! I was actually pretty pleased with how it turned out.

I followed a sketch for this card, VLV Sketch #1 for August 2016.

I've added some clouds across the background panel from my new Lawn Fawn die set (finally got it!), and some lace across the bottom just to show that you can be girly and still have fun in the sand too! ;)

Creative Knockouts #136: Border Time

Good morning stampers! I'm a day late, so two posts today! Yesterday started a new challenge over at Creative Knockouts (#135) where the challenge is....Borders! This week's sponsor is Sassy Studio Designs, and they are offering a wonderful prize to a lucky player!

Here is my project, featuring Wonder Woman Sassy. I decided to make her in traditional Wonder Woman colors. She's colored with Copics, and the gold is from a gel pen.

My border item is a bit hidden, it's the blue behind the main image panel, it's a bracket border die from Verve Stamps. The image was so large I just wanted ot use a little of the Royal Blue for accent and not overpower this awesome lady! As you can see, she is flying through the crowds with stars EVERYWHERE! ;)

This is from a sketch challenge - Viva la Verve's first April sketch this month.

I'm entering this into the following Challenges:

Spring Coffee Lover's Blog Hop with JessicaLynnOriginal.com

Happy Wednesday! I have been working nonstop for 5 days straight, long days traveling and getting caught up on work after the world's worst norovirus tore through my entire family. I'm getting caught up on crafting (yay!) and blogging...it's a process but I'll get a few up at least!

I have used this great image on my project today, it's called Brentwood Owl - I Need More Coffee. TOO CUTE for words!!

Of COURSE, this is a spring-and-coffee themed card, to match the hop. I used my favorite embossed cloud background, green grass and perky spring colors for the project itself. Can you see the little bit of glitter on that delicious steam wafting from his mug!?
