Time for Tea Designs - Panda Scene

Good morning friends! Today I'm sharing my weekly inspiration project for Time For Tea Designs. Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! From our March release - Pandimonium Party clear stamps and coordinating dies. I cut the frame for this A6 card from the Rainbow Brights Essentials Paper Pack using the large frame from the Smile Sentiment and Scalloped Frame die set. I'm IN LOVE with every product from this latest release - so cute!! 

This card background uses Distress Oxide Inks in Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass, and Peacock Feathers; applied with Blender Brushes. I've oversprayed with water on all the layers, then with white Prima spray on the blue/far grass background layer, and  with FSJ gold mica spray on the middle hill layer for the spotty reaction.
