Time For Tea Designs - Birth-yay Pandamonium!

Good morning friends! Today I'm sharing my weekly inspiration project for Time For Tea Designs. Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! From our March release - Pandimonium Party clear stamps and coordinating dies, plus the Hooray Sentiment and Cover Plate die set. I'm IN LOVE with every product from this release!! I also used the Bee-Happy clear stamp set for the "Happy", Birthday sentiment die, and Small Rectangle Masking Stencil.

This card background uses Distress Oxide Inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Fossilized Amber, Candied Apple, and Peacock Feathers; applied with Blender Brushes. I've oversprayed with water on the yellow and blue, and with water and FSJ gold mica spray on the red letters for the spotty reaction. To create the yellow rectangle, I used the Small Rectangle Masking Stencil.
