Time for Tea Designs - Fairytales and Cocktails!

Good morning friends! Are you ready for your weekly dose of inspiration from Time For Tea Designs? I know I am! Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! Everyone loves free digis, am I right? The theme for our challenge is Anything Goes. My favorite! It's so easy to enter - just make something using your Time For Tea Designs images and post them! Share with the hashtag #timeforteadesigns so we can find them, and you're entered to win! Challenges run monthly, and we will have a spotlight and a prize winner at the end of each challenge.

For today's card, I pulled out the newly released Fairytale clear set and got to work!

I stamped the princess on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored her in with Copic MarkersI buy all of my markers, refills, and adhesive at Scrapbookpal.com - I have for close to 10 years! I love their fast shipping and awesome service. Wink of Stella clear on the crown and shoes.

Each word grouping in this set is an individual stamp. This is SO helpful for creating customized sentiments, mixing and matching, or eclectic placement! BUT, you need to be careful when you're setting up to stamp so things don't come out crooked, or off the page. Before I stamped, I cut out the different elements with various dies and laid out the front face of the card. I chose where I wanted each of the words, and then pulled out my MISTI - the Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented so I could line everything up just so. I really like that I can put it all together, see how it fits, line it up, and stamp away. No more mistakes or crookedness from "eyeballing it".

I used a bunch of patterns from the Fairytales 6x6 collection from Doodlebug Design. So much adorableness! I used an old Mojo Monday sketch for the layout here. The shoe die is cut from gold cardstock using this Pretty Princess die set from Gina Marie Designs - my favorite for dies! Various layers are popped for dimension - thickness 1/16" up to 1/4" (I love my foam squares!).

Oh and as always with Time For Tea Designs - don't forget to use my discount code: T4TJENNIFER10. It will save you 10% on your order from the Time For Tea shop! Yayyyy :)
