I have THREE projects to share with you today! YES THREE!!! I had so much fun playing with these stamps ;) Here we go!
I had this idea as soon as I saw this image! I knew I wanted a card with just this image as the focal point and a TON of dimension (I do mean a ton!). Lots of die cuts, some black hemp twine, flowers, black stickles, french script embossing folder, square Nestabilities, and viola! Here are some other views:
To me, this is an elegant wedding card. I was inspired by this AWESOME picture over on If You Give a Crafter a Cookie. SO adorable, little black and white spotty hedgehog love!
Other challenges for THIS card:
Sassy Studio Designs - DTBST #287: Tic Tac Toe (Die Cuts, Circles/Dots, Glitter and Shine - glitter on the dots of the letters in the block, rhinestone in the flower center, dots on the letters, swirly die cuts everywhere)
Cuttlebug Mania - Sentimental Journey (Used Embossing folder, Die for the swirls, Die for scalloped card base)
My next card pairs the new set with a current Brentwood Owl set called "Happy Valentine's Day: I Love You". I created this custom patterned background from this wonderful sentiment and matched it up with sweet little Brentwood!
Other Challenges for THIS card:
My last card uses that awesome LOVE block image again. It just SCREAMS wedding cards to me. You can be as elegant or as playful as you like with these stamps. It's fantastic!
This project follows the current Mojo Monday sketch (#403). I used a rainbow of colors on this card from the Fun Stampers Journey Challenge (#5: Colors) to show some versatility and finally play with this color palette. If you check the photo inspiration from Bugaboo this week you'll SEE this card in the picture too! I loved it, what a nice piece they chose for us to play with!
And a close-up to show a little of the color and dimension. I used Diamond stickles on the dots of the letters. A line of blue rhinestones per the sketch finish this off with tons of glitz and glam. Say "I love you" in STYLE!
