Time For Tea Designs - Have a Mice Day

Good morning friends! Today I'm sharing my weekly inspiration project for Time For Tea Designs. Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! From our Brand New APRIL release - Baked with Love and coordinating dies, along with this fabulous Say Cheese background plate die! This die is SO GOUDA! Ha, see what I did there? I love these punny sentiments in this set. The  background was created by applying a layer of Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink using my Blender Brushes. Then, I used the background die, and added some texture with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink near the holes. I did a second sheet of Scattered Straw and added the cut layer over it using foam take for dimension. This allowed me to tuck some of the mice into the holes, as well as lay out my sentiment to peek through various holes as well. 

I mounted my cheese panel onto a red card base so that just the edges would should through. This way it looks like the rind of a cheese - gouda or jarlsberg or something yummy like that. I cut and colored some cheese wedges and the cheese cake on the platter for some extra goodies.
