This image is called Chibis Skater. I went with a winter birthday theme on this one - with all the winter holidays I don't want the birthdays to be overlooked!
I printed her onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored with Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their low prices and fast shipping. The Wonky Oval dies are from Gina Marie Designs. The roses are Jolee's and the trim was in my stash. Happy die is from Craftin' Desert Divas - I cut it out 3 times and stacked it up for extra dimension. Embossing folder is Tim Holtz, metal accent is Making Memories.
