Polkadoodles' Digi Choosday - Week 26: Anything Goes!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes!  

Today I've made a fun card to accompany a kitty gift. I've got the catnip at the ready, as you can see, and a few little toy mice and bag of treats will go with it as well. This is a flat card (it doesn't open) with lots of layers and dimension. I've been having so much fun with the foam squares lately - I think the depth adds so much interest to projects.

My base layer is the largest of the dies from the Fanciful Circles Nested die collection. My main image, called Sleepy Pots is also cut out with a die from that collection. I printed these cuties onto Neenah Solar White 80# cover and hand colored them using my Copic Markers. I recently completed my Copic collection!! That was a beautiful day :D I buy all of my Copic products at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. 

I've used many elements from the Horace & Boo Big Kahuna Bundle today - design sheets, tags, and sentiments (the main image is included too, of course). Honestly, the Big Bundles are always going to be BEYOND an amazing value - plus there are so many gems included that you can't find elsewhere. I adore this kit since Horace and Boo are just the CUTEST!!

A Gem of a Challenge - Week 12: Anything Goes!

For today's project I've created a fun birthday card featuring Dragonfly Ella Elephant. I love these Pink Gems animals - there is a whole range of images for all occasions, and they're just adorable. 

I colored up this cutie using Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. Dies from Fun Stamper's Journey, Spellbinders, Waffle Flower Crafts, and Gina Marie Designs. Various layers are popped up with foam tape - thickness 1/16" up to 3/16".

Imagine That Digistamp - June Challenge Reminder

Good morning my dear stamping friends! I'm here today to share some inspiration for Imagine That Digistamp's "First Thursday" Challenge. That's right, the challenge is now monthly, on the ITD blog, complete with prizes!! The challenges start the first Thursday of each month and end on the last Tuesday before the new challenge begins. Today I've created a fun card using the Llama Kisses digi set. The set contains black and white and color images, plus sentiments. Aren't they the cutest? I've paired them up with some papers from PhotoPlay 6x6 pad that I picked up at the Scrapbook Expo last month - love these bright summery colors! The glittery washi tape is from Scotch and the wooden enamel button is from Recollections.

I colored up this sweet couple using Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. It's a little hard to see but I colored the girl llama using the lightest range of Warm Grey colors, and the boy llama is colored using the lightest of the Cool Greys. Sometimes those really light colors don't show up as well in my photos :(

Today I've made a fun "have a great trip/see you soon" card creation. My favorite vacation destination BY FAR is the beach, and since summer is finally here - it's a beach theme for me! I've used the Cherry Cocktails digi stamp, along with sentiments from Winnie Starfish & Sandcastles. I've got 2 other digi papers from Winnie Starfish & Sandcastles (Collection 8 and Collection 10) on my "bon voyage" tag element. The beach hut scene background paper is from the Summer Breeze digiscrap kit. 

I colored up this yummy looking drink using my Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. Wonky Rectangle die from Gina Marie Designs. The flag tag die is from Craftin Desert Divas, and the circle dies are from Kat Scrappiness. Ribbon from RABOM and I even dug out an old SU punch for the weathered wood accent on the "bon voyage" tag. Various layers are popped up with foam tape - thickness 1/16" up to 3/16".

For today's project I've created a fun birthday card featuring Unicorn Birthday. I love these Pink Gems unicorns - there is a whole range of images for all occasions, and they're just adorable. My base patterned paper is from Winnie Special Moments - Papers 3.

The main image today is the precolored version - so nice to have in your stash when you need a quick card! Tons of foam tape on the various layers, for extra dimension.
