Imagine That Digistamp - June Challenge Reminder

Good morning my dear stamping friends! I'm here today to share some inspiration for Imagine That Digistamp's "First Thursday" Challenge. That's right, the challenge is now monthly, on the ITD blog, complete with prizes!! The challenges start the first Thursday of each month and end on the last Tuesday before the new challenge begins. The theme is always Anything Goes. Click here for all the details.

On the first and third Thursdays of each month, there will be a new inspiration post on the Creative Playground blog featuring the Design Team's projects. This is great to get your fix of ITDBK DT project postings!

Today I've created a fun card using the Llama Kisses digi set. The set contains black and white and color images, plus sentiments. Aren't they the cutest? I've paired them up with some papers from PhotoPlay 6x6 pad that I picked up at the Scrapbook Expo last month - love these bright summery colors! The glittery washi tape is from Scotch and the wooden enamel button is from Recollections.

I colored up this sweet couple using Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. It's a little hard to see but I colored the girl llama using the lightest range of Warm Grey colors, and the boy llama is colored using the lightest of the Cool Greys. Sometimes those really light colors don't show up as well in my photos :(

Stitched Circle die from Kat Scrappiness, flag tag die is from Craftin Desert Divas, and the Paris scene elements are from Crafter's Companion. Various layers are popped up with foam tape - thickness 1/16" up to 3/16".

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Lemon Shortbread - #96: AG (2/3)
Get Creative Challenge - #81: AG (3/3)
Pammie's Inky Pinkies - #1924: AG (2/5)
Path of Positivity - #70: AG (3/7)
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - #108: AG (2/3)

That's it for me today! Be sure to check out the Creative Playground for more ITDBK inspiration.

Hi Jennifer, what a cute card with the minimal coloring of the digi! That's a new technique to me but with such fun and interesting papers and banners, it really pops! BTW... what is the "dog mom" you are referring to? *Ü* Guessing that might have been an auto-correction from your phone? Mine does that ALL the time! LOL. anyways, have a great weekend!
