Time for Tea Designs - July Release Sneak Peek

Good morning friends! Today I'm sharing a fun SNEAK PEEK from Time For Tea Designs!

From our upcoming July release - All Occasions Critters and coordinating dies!

Today's sweet baby scene was built around a night sky theme. I layered on Distress Oxide Inks in Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, and Tumbled Glass, which I applied using large sized Beautiful Blender Brushes. Once the ombre background was completely dry, I stamped the star in a random pattern using the Tsukineko Embossing ink pad and heat embossed them with Sparkling Snow EP from Wow!. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the moon, bear, and sentiment after I had stamped them in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers. Most layers are popped up on 3D foam pads, which I used for absolutely EVERYTHING I make!

The cloud die is from Lawn Fawn, the embossing folder is from Cuttlebug and the sequins are from Doodlebug. Bear was colored with Copic markers.

I'm IN LOVE with every product from this new  release - so cute!! Don't forget to use my coupon code if you go shopping - T4TJENNIFER10 will save you 10% on your order from the Time For Tea shop! Yayyyy :)

From our APRIL release - Unicorn in Training and coordinating dies, along with this gorgeous Over the Rainbow stencil.

Today's rainbow was created by applying a layer of shimmering texture paste over the top of the largest rainbow in the stencil. Once the paste had dried, I used Arteza Real Brush pens to add color to the rainbow. I decided to go with bold brights today! I carefully colored over the top of the texture paste - it creates a 3D effect so all the color from the ink stains into the paste but doesn't hit the paper.

My unicorns are stamped and then cut with the coordinating dies. They're colored using the Arteza pens and a handful of Warm Grey and light red Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their low prices and fast shipping.

I die cut the frame from white cardstock and added it before the clouds so I could pop them up on foam squares for dimension. I then die cut these great Paper Smooches clouds and added some color to the top layer with Copic MarkersI stamped the swirl from the set in a random pattern on the bottom cloud using Soft Sky ink - I know it's hard to see in the photo.

I'm IN LOVE with every product from this latest release - so cute!! Don't forget to use my coupon code if you go shopping in the T4T store!

From our UPCOMING APRIL release - Unicorn Dreams and coordinating dies, along with this fabulous Rainbow stencil! This background was created by laying down the cloud background using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks and Blender BrushesThen, I overlaid the stencil to make these fun offset rainbows using more Oxide Inks. A few spritzes of water to give it that Oxide look we all love, then I oversprayed with white as well for the extra "cloud" spots over the top. I adhered it to a white slimline card base, then added die cut clouds and the unicorns (cut with coordinating dies).

My unicorns are coloredusing Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their low prices and fast shipping. The sentiment is from the stamp set too, and I've die cut 4 extra layers to build up the "Dreams" for extra dimension.

From our March release - Pandimonium Party clear stamps and coordinating dies. I die cut the heart, then used Distress Oxide Inks and Blender Brushes to color the die cut element (Broken China and Tumbled Glass). I used the negative from the die cutting to create the front of the card, running it through my Big Shot with an older Cuttlebug embossing folder that looked like it would be right at home in a bamboo forest.

Time for Tea Designs - Pastel Fairy Slimline Scene

Good morning friends! Today I'm sharing my weekly inspiration project for Time For Tea Designs. Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! Everyone loves free digis, am I right? The theme for our challenge is Anything Goes. My favorite! It's so easy to enter - just make something using your Time For Tea Designs images and post them! Share with the hashtag #timeforteadesigns so we can find them, and you're entered to win! Challenges run monthly, and we will have a spotlight and a prize winner at the end of each challenge. Oh, and I have a discount code for you to use - T4TJENNIFER10 will save you 10% on your order from the Time For Tea shop! Yayyyy :)

For my card today, I've gone full on girly springtime with the color scheme and the scene too!

First, I cut a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock to 3.75 x 7.75 for the stenciled cloud layer. I rounded off the corners using my corner rounding punch. Then I laid out the spotlights using my masking stencils from Time for Tea Designs - Small Circle and Heart Grid.

Once I knew where I wanted the spotlights, I inked them in ombre fashion using Distress Oxide inks and Blender Brushes. I masked them off with the negative of the stencil (included with the stencil) and added the ombre cloud effect in purple shades using the Sunny Side Up stencil.

I stamped all fairies and ran them through my Scan N Cut and cut them all out. Then I colored everything that needed it, added Wink of Stella to the wings and white paint pen polkadots to the dresses. I die cut the stitched clouds, then started on the layout.

After everything was attached with foam tape for dimension, I attached the background of the scene to a piece of 3.825 x 7.825 white cardstock with 1/16" foam tape. The large sequins are from Kat Scrappiness and the small ones are from Craftin' Desert Divas. I used my picker upper and a dab of liquid Nuvo adhesive to adhere them to the card.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. If you've got a moment, head over to join our FB communityfollow us on Instagram, and don't forget to play along with our monthly challenges by tagging #timeforteadesigns - so easy! Thanks for stopping by!
