Polkadoodles - Digi Choosday Week #25

Good morning everyone! I hope your day is off to a great start. If it's not, it CAN be - it's Choosday over at Polkadoodles! That means a new Digi Choosday challenge, and a new DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles shop! Head over to the blog to grab it before your shopping spree!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes! This week the DT has focused on the sentiment! What a fun twist for us.

Starring in today's sentiment is the Work and Play 12 bundleI needed this bundle as soon as I saw it awhile back due to all the adorable science/math/nerd stuff. I'm an engineer, and I have two serious science and math kiddos too, so this was a must-have. The papers are from the Work and Play 12 Paper Heaven #6 and #8, and some of the elements are in the Science/Math Element bundle. But seriously, just grab the big bundle. Everything else is in there, and then some....to the 5th power! It's an amazing deal. There is SO much packed in there: gorgeous coordinating papers, toppers, elements, sentiments, color images...plus all the black & white line art too, if you love to color! Oh, and of course, you get your Choosday discount today!

I love this sentiment! I added in the atom behind it and lightened it so it didn't overpower. I've printed and colored some of the flasks; the green one has clear glaze on it and the blue one has Diamond Stickles for extra oompf! Ribbon is from RABOM, embossing folder is Cuttlebug, Going Grey background cardstock from SU and the buttons are from both Dress it Up and "button grab bags" from my LSS.

That's it for my project details! Don't forget to head over to the blog to grab today's discount code! Then shop your heart out. Choosday is the best day!

Two of my favorite things ;) Play along with us all month long for your chance to win. There are plenty of prizes up for grabs, and time to enter!!

Today's project uses this fabulous fairy - Starlina Image No. 65. I know she's not a mermaid...but she's definitely in outer space!! She's also got a mermaid themed sentiment, so I'm pretty pleased with how it all turned out. Sentiment from Stampendous, papers from The Paper Studio and DCWV. Colored with Copics. Buttons from Stampin' Up. Dies from Rubbernecker Stamps - Square and Rectangle cross stitch sets.

Be sure to use coupon code DTJENNIFER10 when you're shopping at the Oddball Shop (now at Oddball Art Co!) so you can save a few pennies!! So many new images in the store; don't miss out!

Kitty Bee Designs June Spotlight

Good morning! Today I'm sharing a card made with some of the awesome panda images from Kitty Bee Designs. LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I've got 2 different spotlight cards today, because it seems as though I never posted my May spotlight! Oops... So to make up for that, it's 2-for-1 Saturday here with Kitty Bee panda cuteness!

So sweet - who doesn't love Dr. Seuss? My boys began their love of reading with him - as did I! This is Thing 1 Panda.

My second card is all about SUMMER. Hot Coconut Summer Panda is READY to party!! I'm not sure where he's off to, but I think I'd like to tag along!

Both pandas colored with Copics. Sentiment on Thing 1 from Verve. Papers form Echo Park and TAC. Sequins from Doodlebug, glitter dots from Dress it Up. Dies from Gina Marie and Spellbinders. Cord from FSJ. 3M foam tape to pop up my main image and sentiment.

Phew! We have a busy weekend, so I'm off to enjoy it. Have a good one!

Aloha Friday #120 - Masculine

Good morning! Aloha Friday is in full swing over at Kitty Bee Designs! Our current challenge is #120: Masculine; and this is week #2Our challenge this week is sponsored by The Paper Shelter.

I actually used a KBD image for my creation today. I love this adorable panda! This is one of the newer releases from Kitty Bee Designs, Gamer Panda. There's nothing more masculine for me at the moment, since my boys are out of school for the summer and going a little nuts this first week of break with the video gaming! After he was colored (Copics), I used a plain cirlce to die cut the image and mat, and added some funky patterned papers (Bella Blvd), buttons (from stash) and dimension. Sentiments from Jaded Blossom.

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to link up your school creations over at Aloha Friday, and I hope you have an AWESOME day!
