Aloha Friday #107 - Color Challenge

My card with this fun palette features an adorable Halloween set from Bugaboo called Cute Halloween Set 02. I merged several images to create a scene. The sentiment panel and other extras are from various sets of Halloween stickers I got at Dollar Tree. The yellow background paper is Lawn Fawn. Colored with Copics.

My card features Christmas Sexy Girl from The East Wind. Isn't she the BEST?? I want to BE her! Seriously...

I added glitter to the trim of her adorable outfit using a Quickie Glue pen and Art Institute glitter. Today I chose to incorporate the color challenge from Bugaboo's Christmas in July celebration - this is the challenge for Day 7. I thought it was funky and fresh and perfect for this edgy sweetie and some of my favorite Basic Grey Christmas paper! I wanted the red and green to jump out, but I love the pinks and blues in there for added pop-ability!

I want to share my card for this current challenge where the theme is - ANYTHING GOES! Well that's an easy one. This week's sponsor is Little Blue Button Stamps, and they are offering a wonderful prize to lucky stampers!

Here is my project, featuring "Button In Frame". I love her hair! This is such a cute image, and it's nice and versatile, so I knew I had to grab her and get coloring!

I used a color challenge for this card today, because it's so fresh and pretty I just couldn't pass it up! Share Joy #29:

Simply Papercraft #19: Always Anything Goes

Happy FRIDAY, my lovelies!!! I'm so happy the weekend is here! Today I'm sharing my latest card for Simply Papercraft. Our bi-weekly challenges are ALWAYS "Anything Goes". I love this! Makes it easy and fun to combine challenges and really show off your best work. This week's challenge is sponsored by Stitchy Bear! As always, fantastic and generous prizes are up for grabs!

For my card today I used the "Snowflake Butterfly" image. It is just so sweet and fun! That little mouse and the lovely sentiment. This is a Christmas card, there is a Christmas greeting verse inside. I didn't take a picture because I didn't decorate it other than that (no papers or anything), just added the verse for use when I can mail out cards next week! Unless I REALLY go to town on decorating the inside (rarely), I only show a picture of the front. Hehe, it's not lazy, it's efficient! ;)

Creative Knockouts #118: Tis the Season

Good morning stampers! I hope everyone's Thursday is off to a fantastic start!  For my post today, I want to share a super fun card for this week's Creative Knockouts (#118) where the challenge is....Tis the Season! Here is my project, featuring "Peek A Boo Penguin" from TSB. Isn't it sweet!? Perfect for this week's theme...and the looming holiday season!

It's hard to see but the banner layer is a glittery gold and aqua paper, and I put glitter on the snowflakes inside the ornament.
