Happy weekend friends! Are you ready for your weekly dose of inspiration from Time For Tea Designs? I know I am! Don't forget that you can (and should) play along in our monthly challenge, for your chance to win free digis! Everyone loves free digis, am I right? The theme for this month's challenge is "Love". You can find all the details on the challenge and how to enter on the Time For Tea Community Page on FB.

My project today is showing off this BRAND NEW RELEASE gal called Beats Bella (digital stamp). She's so fun. Are you a music lover? Check out all 5 new images in the Digital Stamps section of the shop.

I've colored the image with Copic markers. My wonky oval dies are from Gina Marie Designs (check out how you get the wonky stitches separate from the oval cut out now - so you can make the stitches on a 1-layer card! Sweet!). The Chunky Chevron border die in the background is from Waffle Flower. Galaxy paper is from Ella and Viv Paper Company, with a chaser of Taken With Teal from SU. Music notes are a Spellbinders, the embossing folder is Tim Holtz/Sizzix, sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Divas.

I hope you enjoyed my project today! If you've got a moment, head over to join our FB communityfollow us on Instagram, and don't forget to play along with our monthly challenges! Thanks for stopping by!

Imagine That Digistamp - February Challenge Reminder!

Good morning my dear stamping friends! I'm here today to share some inspiration for Imagine That Digistamp's "First Thursday" Challenge. That's right, the challenge is now monthly, on the ITD blog, complete with prizes!! The challenges start the first Thursday of each month and end on the last Tuesday before the new challenge begins. The theme is always Anything Goes. Click here for all the details.

On the first and third Thursdays of each month, there will be a new inspiration post on the Creative Playground blog featuring the Design Team's projects. This is great to get your fix of ITDBK DT project postings!

Today I've created a school-themed card using the School Time Ted & Trudy digi set. The set contains black and white and color images of Ted and Trudy, along with a selection of coordinating sentiments AND papers. If you need more school themed options, there is a coordinating paper pack called School Days, a large School Days scrapbook kit, and a School Boy set, to name a few.

Die from Gina Marie (Fishtail Banner dies), embossing folder from Cuttlebug. Colored with Copics. Apple brad from Eyelet Outlet. I stamped the sentiment from Verve in Memento Rich Cocoa ink onto the paper taped to the desk.

That's it for me today! Be sure to check out the Creative Playground for more ITDBK inspiration.

Then I hand-colored Anthony with Copic markers and added the extra hearts and brads to finish things off. He looks so handsome in his classy & cool black-on-black formal wear!

Time For Tea Designs - Announcement and February Challenge!

Happy Monday friends! Ha, I don't normally say those first two words in the same sentence :D HOWEVER, today is a Happy Monday, as I am finally able to announce that I've joined the faaaaaaab-ulous Design Team over at Time For Tea Designs. I've been a fan of Jo's artwork and images for many years...I believe the first card I ever made with one of her images was back in 20151 - crazy! Anyway...I saw they were having a DT call back in December and I decided to apply. Thanks for having me ladies; I can't wait to help inspire you!

My first project features this cutie pie called First Love. Coincidentally, the theme of our February challenge is "Love". You can find all the details on the challenge and how to enter on the Time For Tea Community Page on FB.

I've printed the First Love Phoebe digi stamp on Neenah white cardstock (80#) and colored her with Copic markers. The main image is die cut with Stitched Rectangle dies from Kat Scrappiness. I used Distress Stain Spray plus Black Soot Distress Oxide ink pad with this stencil from Echo Park to create the second background layer. The heart dies are from Sizzix, the Love word die is FSJ. Hand-doodled border on the main image panel.

I hope you enjoyed my project today! The other new DT ladies have all created an announcement project as well, so check out the post and swing by to say hi. Don't forget to join our FB community, follow us on Instagram, and play along in our monthly challenges. Can't pass up the chance for free stamps - am I right?? Thanks for stopping by!

Kitty Bee Designs - Aloha Friday #135: Birthday

Good morning! Aloha Friday is in full swing over at Kitty Bee Designs! Our current challenge is #135: Birthday; and this is our mid-inspiration week.

Today's card features an image from our sponsor, LeAnn's World 101. I went purple today, because I haven't used purple in AGES. Crazy, I know. Colored with Copics. Paper from The Angel Company (I know right? Hoarder...). Cardstock from SU and Neenah, dies from Gina Marie Designs, sentiment from Making Memories. Lace is from a factory my uncle used to work in in New Jersey that he gave to my mom about 25 years ago, LOL. She gave it to me when they moved to Florida. Seriously. I come by my hoardering legitimately.

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to link up your school creations over at Aloha Friday, and I hope you have an AWESOME day!
