JessicaLynnOriginal.com DIGI WEEKEND!

Good morning! Happy Saturday stampers! I hope your September is going well, it's been really nice here, the boys are enjoying school, their activities are getting underway and the weather has been wonderful for the most part. A great start to fall!

TODAY is a fun Design Team day for me - we are blog hopping with JessicaLynnOriginal.com! With the fun and busy start to fall, Jessica decided to run a digi stamp special this weekend to get everyone back into the creative spirit! ALL digi stamps in the JessicaLynnOriginal.com store are on sale for $1 each this weekend only. A buck!! So if you are a digi lover, or if you've never tried them before and were thinking about dipping in your toes, NOW is the time. That's almost 70% off the normal digi stamp price! Digis are a lot of fun, they can be printed as many times as you like, stretched, flipped or resized...and they don't take up any space on your shelves. Just print them out and get to work ;)

Jessica has also created a FREE DIGI as a gift to all of you! You can download the freebie this weekend only in the JessicaLynnOriginal.com store.

If you've arrived at my blog from Jessica's blog, you are in the right place. I've made a card to help get the inspiration and creativity going today!

I used the digi Brentwood Owl - Autism Awareness for my project. Isn't he wonderful!? I really wanted some bright and bold colors for this card -- to make it POP. Brentwood is such a blast to color, and he has so many variations and themes...his puzzle piece says it all. L.O.V.E. :)

He is printed on PTI white cardstock and colored with Copic markers. The heart puzzle die is from MFT. Patterned paper is Basic Grey, cardstock Stampin' Up. Flowers from Prima, sequins from Doodlebug, pearls from Kaisercraft. Oh, and lots of foam tape! (I bet you are not surprised, if you know me at all...).

I will let you get on with your inspiration! Here is the full log hop order:

• Jessica Lynn Mould (Artist & Owner)
• Jennifer Greco
• Chrissy Hsu
• Jeanette Cloyd
• Maria Russell
• Sharon Rogers
• Amanda Pollock
• Vickie Yeakley

And here's the link to the Digi Section of the JessicaLynnOriginal.com store so you can grab all the $1.00 digi specials!!

365 Cards - APRIL FOOLS'!

TGIF!!  Gotta love the end of the week, right??  Friday is good, and April is good too -- it's finally here!  Of course you wouldn't know it from the temps outside here in Wisconsin, but we remain hopeful that spring will show up soon.

So, happy April Fools' Day from the 365 Cards challenge!  Today, Day 32, Pam was looking for a joke or a very silly sentiment.  How fitting!!

Ooh, ooh, and also, we have a fabulous sponsor this week, Digi Doodle Shop!  I used an image from the Fun With Shoes 1 collection for my card today.  The sentiment is computer-generated, although I admit I stole it from MFT.  I *really* enjoy the sentiments in that set, I really do need it....

Honestly, you can't go wrong with glittery pomegranate-colored shoes, can you?!?  Love this new Basic Grey paper too, of course.  I thought this would be a great "girlfriend" card.  Thanks for the ideas Pam!  I hope you're inspired to play along with us too, you can link up on the 365 Cards blog so we can all check out your creations.  Happy stamping!

Monday Whatnots from Paper Pretties!

Hello and happy Monday to all my stampin' friends!  I hope you had an amazing holiday and are doing ok getting back into that regular routine.  That is always tough for me -- more vacation please!  heehee

Well, Monday is busy around here, so first, it's time for Paper Pretties Monday Whatnots...What's Not to Love! ARTish has designed some super cutie patootie images that we are showing off today. You can find them, along with tons of additional digi images, in the Digital Images section in the store. EVERY MONDAY, we will be releasing 2 or more new digi images.

My card today uses this ADORABLE Leonardo Lion image.  I am so in love, he's just too perfect!

He does come with a crown, but I omitted it for this card.

Also, some Paper Pretties digi store news for you!   As an extra bonus this week, we are having a Cyber Monday digi sale!  Buy any 3 digi images, get 1 digi image free!  Do not add your free image to your cart, instead when you check out please write the name of the free image in the comment section and it will be emailed to you separately.

Thanks for stopping by, stay tuned for my Little Paper Shop Monday Challenge card in a bit!  Have a great day!

PPS Wednesdsay - Pink Bling!

Wow, it's Wednesday!! Time for another Pink Papery Studios project! This week's theme is PINK BLING in honor or Valentine's Day. :) Well you all know I love my bling, and what's a better color than pink anyway?!? So here is my creation featuring the adorable Cupcake image from Whimsey Studios (available at the Pink Papery Studios webstore). You can see my "sprinkles" have a little extra sparkle, as it were. Cardstock from Bazzill, patterned paper from Cloud 9. I colored the image with my Copics, double ribbon for a little snap (hard to tie it though!) and viola. Have I mentioned that my favorite thing about digistamps is that I can make them ANY SIZE I want? Woo hoo!

Short post today, we have a BUSY one, we just got back from Florida yesterday after 2 weeks (boo hoo, no more vacation!!) and today we have school and a doctor's appointment and all the fun catch-up I have from being gone as well. Be sure to visit the other PPS girls {links on my left sidebar} for more yummy use of bling, and ALSO, today is Belli Challenge day, I did not participate this week since I didn't have any DOILIES with me down in the fun & sun, but it is CBC54 - Doilies for the challenge this week, so visit Chris and the other Belli divas to see what they have for you!

See you tomorrow! Hope you have a great day!
