Rubbernecker Stamps - March Inspiration

Hello and happy Tuesday to all my lovely readers! Today I have some fun fun inspiration to share with you from Rubbernecker Stamps! 

I love to make birthday cards. They just seem the most useful to me if I'm just creating because I WANT TO. I mean, SOMEBODY always needs one! I went with some bright colors in the hopes to entice spring our way (currently -7F in Wisconsin...). Yes, I know I'm typically allergic to bright colors. I think I pulled this one off though!
