Rubbernecker Challenges are posted bi-weekly, and run from Tuesday through the second Sunday following. Challenges are open to EVERYONE, and always have a theme. Challenge #35 - Brithday. For my project today, I have created this fun card featuring the CUTEST cuties around! I love these sweet animals, I had so much fun bringing them to life!
