Aud Sentiments #206 - Anything Goes!

Happy Thursday stamping friends! Today I'm sharing my project for the challenge over at Aud Sentiments where the theme is...Anything Goes (plus sentiment)! AG is my favorite theme!

This challenge's sponsor is We Are 3, and they are offering a wonderful prize to a lucky player! For my card today I've used the Seaside Anchor image. 

I'm so happy with how this turned out, I must say. I did some watercoloring with these AMAZING Ken Oliver Liquid Metals. Have you tried them?? Seriously....amazing. I had so much fun playing around with blending the colors to look like a cross-section of ocean, and then I matched the coloring of the image to the background. These are a fairly new product for me and I'm just tickled with them. They're so easy, even a watercoloring challenged person (i.e. ME!) can do cool things with them! Check them out for yourself. I colored the background on some nice Neenah watercolor paper too - no curling or issues, good stuff! Dies from Gina Marie, sentiment from Verve, paper from Neenah, cord from Lawn Fawn.

Polkadoodles - Digi Choosday Week #25

Good morning everyone! I hope your day is off to a great start. If it's not, it CAN be - it's Choosday over at Polkadoodles! That means a new Digi Choosday challenge, and a new DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles shop! Head over to the blog to grab it before your shopping spree!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes! This week the DT has focused on the sentiment! What a fun twist for us. 

Starring in today's sentiment is the Work and Play 12 bundle! I needed this bundle as soon as I saw it awhile back due to all the adorable science/math/nerd stuff. I'm an engineer, and I have two serious science and math kiddos too, so this was a must-have. The papers are from the Work and Play 12 Paper Heaven #6 and #8, and some of the elements are in the Science/Math Element bundle. But seriously, just grab the big bundle. Everything else is in there, and then some....to the 5th power! It's an amazing deal. There is SO much packed in there: gorgeous coordinating papers, toppers, elements, sentiments, color images...plus all the black & white line art too, if you love to color! Oh, and of course, you get your Choosday discount today!

I love this sentiment! I added in the atom behind it and lightened it so it didn't overpower. I've printed and colored some of the flasks; the green one has clear glaze on it and the blue one has Diamond Stickles for extra oompf! Ribbon is from RABOM, embossing folder is Cuttlebug, Going Grey background cardstock from SU and the buttons are from both Dress it Up and "button grab bags" from my LSS.

Kitty Bee Designs June Spotlight

Good morning! Today I'm sharing a card made with some of the awesome panda images from Kitty Bee Designs. LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I've got 2 different spotlight cards today, because it seems as though I never posted my May spotlight! Oops... So to make up for that, it's 2-for-1 Saturday here with Kitty Bee panda cuteness!

So sweet - who doesn't love Dr. Seuss? My boys began their love of reading with him - as did I! This is Thing 1 Panda.

My second card is all about SUMMER. Hot Coconut Summer Panda is READY to party!! I'm not sure where he's off to, but I think I'd like to tag along!

Aloha Friday #120 - Masculine

I actually used a KBD image for my creation today. I love this adorable panda! This is one of the newer releases from Kitty Bee Designs, Gamer Panda. There's nothing more masculine for me at the moment, since my boys are out of school for the summer and going a little nuts this first week of break with the video gaming! After he was colored (Copics), I used a plain cirlce to die cut the image and mat, and added some funky patterned papers (Bella Blvd), buttons (from stash) and dimension. Sentiments from Jaded Blossom.

Imagine That Digistamp - Thursday Inspiration!

Good morning my dear stamping friends! I forgot to post this card last week when it was live on the Imagine That Digistamp inspiration blog, so I thought I'd go ahead and post it today. It's still inspirational!!
