Good morning! Happy Saturday stampers! Halloween....I can't believe it! Where did the month go?!

Today is a release day at JessicaLynnOriginal.com! We are featuring a new BRENTWOOD set! This is Brentwood in his lobster costume, just in time for Halloween! He could show up anywhere with this outfit, and who doesn't love the beach??

Simply Papercraft #16: Anything Goes (Post #2)

Happy FRIDAY, my lovelies!!! I'm so happy the weekend is here! Today I'm sharing my latest card for Simply Papercraft. Our bi-weekly challenges are ALWAYS "Anything Goes". I love this! I made cards with images from BOTH sponsors, so I'm blogging them in separate posts. As always, fantastic and generous prizes are up for grabs!

For my project today I used "Chemistry" digi stamp from Stitchy Bear. Papers are from Basic Grey. Dies from MFT, punches from Stampin' Up, colored with Copics, I created the sentiment on the computer. Wiggly eyes stolen from my kid's stash of crafting supplies. ;)

And here is a tilted view so you can see the wiggly eyes I added over the top of the drawn test tube eyes.

Kitty Bee: October Spotlight

Hello everyone, and WELCOME to the weekend! I think it's almost impossible not to be happy on nice fall weekend...although it got CHILLY here in Wisconsin! So far, I'm surviving, and I made it to the weekend for my monthly spotlight for the FANTASTIC Kitty Bee Designs DT. I am SO in love with all of these little sweeties. If you are new to Kitty Bee, you HAVE to check them out. Seriously. They are adorable and awesome to color; the shapes and designs lend themselves to all kinds of color and sketch combos!

Check out my Kitty Trumpeter. I adore him! My DS#1 is doing trumpet this year for introductory band, so I had to play with this sweet image. It's part of the Jazz Kits collection from KBD. He's printed out, and colored with Copics.

I played along with this awesome VLV October sketch for Mr. Jazz Kitty today...

What do you think? Both of these cards are CAS, which is a surprisingly hard concept for me. But I really think these images are SO sweet and they really speak for themselves!! Colored with Copics, of course, using PaperTrey Ink white cardstock. Dies are from Paper Smooches and Lil Inker, respectively. Loose glitter applied with Quickie Glue pen on the pumpkin card.

For my project today I used "Rory Autumn Leaves" digi stamp. You know how much I love my Lacies! I wanted a small tag hanging off the ribbon element, and ended up grabbing this awesome, awesome stamp set I won from Kerry Urbatch. I mentioned in in several posts this last month, she runs a monthly challenge and this was my prize over the summer. What a great size and fun sentiments too.

I hope everyone's Thursday is off to a fantastic start!  For my post today, I want to share a super fun card for this week's Creative Knockouts (#110) where the challenge is....Thankful Thoughts! Here is my project, featuring "Hydrangea Bouquet" from FSS. I made this card to give to someone, and I had a brain fade with my photography. I decided to keep the front panel simple and let the image speak. Since I had already written my note, I did not photograph the inside. I used a "thankful we're friends" sentiment on the inside along with is. I chose to use the pre-colored version for my card today (there are all different colors in the bundle). My sentiment is from Paper Pretties. Dies from Verve and MFT. Paper and brads are Basic Grey:
