Polkadoodles' Digi Choosday - Week 24: Anything Goes!

Good morning everyone! I hope your day is off to a great start. If it's not, it CAN be - it's Choosday over at Polkadoodles! That means a new Digi Choosday challenge, and a new DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles shop! Head over to the blog to grab it before your shopping spree!

Today's challenge is, as always, Anything Goes!

Today I've made a fun "have a great trip/see you soon" card creation. My favorite vacation destination BY FAR is the beach, and since summer is finally here - it's a beach theme for me! I've used the Cherry Cocktails digi stamp, along with sentiments from Winnie Starfish & Sandcastles. I've got 2 other digi papers from Winnie Starfish & Sandcastles (Collection 8 and Collection 10) on my "bon voyage" tag element. The beach hut scene background paper is from the Summer Breeze digiscrap kit.

I colored up this yummy looking drink using my Copic Markers - I buy all of mine at Scrapbookpal.com for their fast shipping and awesome service. Wonky Rectangle die from Gina Marie Designs. The flag tag die is from Craftin Desert Divas, and the circle dies are from Kat Scrappiness. Ribbon from RABOM and I even dug out an old SU punch for the weathered wood accent on the "bon voyage" tag. Various layers are popped up with foam tape - thickness 1/16" up to 3/16".

That's it for my project details! Don't forget to head over to the blog to grab today's discount code! Then shop your heart out. Choosday is the best day!

Imagine That Digistamp - June Challenge Inspiration

Good morning my dear stamping friends! I'm here today to share some inspiration for Imagine That Digistamp's "First Thursday" Challenge. That's right, the challenge is now monthly, on the ITD blog, complete with prizes!! The challenges start the first Thursday of each month and end on the last Tuesday before the new challenge begins. The theme is always Anything Goes. Click here for all the details.

On the first and third Thursdays of each month, there will be a new inspiration post on the Creative Playground blog featuring the Design Team's projects. This is great to get your fix of ITDBK DT project postings!

Today I've created a fun card using the Manatee Reader digi set. The set contains black and white and color images, plus sentiments. For today's card, I've used the precolored image, paired with these fun papers from KaiserCraft and an old Mojo Monday sketch. The tickets are from the Lil Cowpokes digiscrap kit.

That's it for me today! Be sure to check out the Creative Playground for more ITDBK inspiration.
