Creative Knockouts #119: Winter Wonderland

Good morning stampers! I hope everyone's Thursday is off to a fantastic start!  For my post today, I want to share a super fun card for this week's Creative Knockouts (#119) where the challenge is....Winter Wonderland! This week's sponsor is All Dressed Up, and they are offering a wonderful prize to a lucky player!

Here is my project, featuring "Christmas Post". Isn't it sweet!? I am a big fan of the All Dressed Up animals, they are just so CUTE! Perfect for this week's theme...and the looming holiday season!

I followed the Bugaboo Christmas Chaos sketch today, and just so you know....my blog may be flooded with cards today and tomorrow because I have a pile of colored images on my table just waiting to play along with the WHOLE WEEK of awesome Bugaboo challenges. I just have to get this post up so I can get back down to my stamp room and get to work!

Simply Papercraft #19: Always Anything Goes

Happy FRIDAY, my lovelies!!! I'm so happy the weekend is here! Today I'm sharing my latest card for Simply Papercraft. Our bi-weekly challenges are ALWAYS "Anything Goes". I love this! Makes it easy and fun to combine challenges and really show off your best work. This week's challenge is sponsored by Stitchy Bear! As always, fantastic and generous prizes are up for grabs!

For my card today I used the "Snowflake Butterfly" image. It is just so sweet and fun! That little mouse and the lovely sentiment. This is a Christmas card, there is a Christmas greeting verse inside. I didn't take a picture because I didn't decorate it other than that (no papers or anything), just added the verse for use when I can mail out cards next week! Unless I REALLY go to town on decorating the inside (rarely), I only show a picture of the front. Hehe, it's not lazy, it's efficient! ;)

Creative Knockouts #118: Tis the Season

I hope everyone's Thursday is off to a fantastic start!  For my post today, I want to share a super fun card for this week's Creative Knockouts (#118) where the challenge is....Tis the Season! Here is my project, featuring "Peek A Boo Penguin" from TSB. Isn't it sweet!? Perfect for this week's theme...and the looming holiday season!

It's hard to see but the banner layer is a glittery gold and aqua paper, and I put glitter on the snowflakes inside the ornament.

Kitty Bee Designs: Bonus Spotlight!

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great week! I have a super special BONUS Kitty Bee spotlight card for you today from the FANTASTIC Kitty Bee Designs. I am SO in love with all of these little sweeties. If you are new to Kitty Bee, you HAVE to check them out. Seriously. They are adorable and awesome to color; the shapes and designs lend themselves to all kinds of color and sketch combos!

Check out Ms. Butterfly bear. Isn't she awesome!?! I was really, REALLY not feeling this awful cold, snowy weather we've been having, so I needed something fresh and fun to put me in a happy mood. She's printed out and colored with Copics. The sentiment is from Verve. I got sparkly and messy with my sprays, making the sentiment portion, but I think the effect is worth it. I kept a simple embossed white background to set off the pretty purples of the bear and the paper, and let her happy attitude shine through!
