Helloooo to the weekend!! And the end of August too, eek! I know I've been away from my blog the last week or so, but school is starting soon and I'm sure then I'll think things are TOO quiet around here and miss my baby terribly! But on the bright side, I should have more stamping time. :) Let's stay positive!
But I am alive and back with a post today because Paper Pretties is sponsoring the Oh, Alice! Challenge Blog!! How GREAT is that?! This week's challenge (Chapter 28) is to make a card for a little girl. hmm...do you think Paper Pretties might possibly have a couple of stamps that'll work for that challenge??
Well it was a tough choice, I was absolutely flooded with ideas as I flipped through my Sophias. BUT, I had not had a chance to use this sweet new fairy yet; she was just released two weeks ago during the Paper Pretties grand reopening -- this is Garden Fairy Katie. She was demanding some time with the Copics, so here you go!
I added in some other challenges, of course! I used Mercy's sketch for this week (MTSC88), which is here:
And I also used this week's ColourQ (CQC47); at least I meant to. I literally just now realized that the blue was Bermuda, not Baja. I must have written it down wrong, eek! Well, I chose everything else based on those colors so I'm going to go with it. I'm not sure I have any Bermuda paper anyway. :) Here's the swatch:
