Here is my project, featuring "Birthday Kitty" from Sami Stamps. I adore this image! I am a total cat person and this little peeker with the arm hanging down....priceless!
Now, I usually make balloons red. I don't know why but I've looked back at other cards and about 90% of my images with balloons are red or have at least one red if they are in a bunch. NOT TODAY!! ;)
