Wags n Whiskers #158: Birthday

TGIF! Boy am I glad it's Friday (and that I survived the week). I managed to sneak a bit of stamping time to bring you a new card for today!

This next challenge up at Wags 'n Whiskers is: #158 - Birthday. Here is my creation, featuring the image Buddy's Balloon.


I used the sketch from the Bugaboo Challenge Blog (Stells Says Sketch #311) and this week's Creative Colors Challenge (#39). I threw in Tic Tac Toe from Cuttlebug Mania too. ;)
