Rubbernecker Stamps - February Birthday

Hello and happy Tuesday to all my lovely readers! Today I have some fun fun inspiration to share with you from Rubbernecker Stamps! 

Birthday cards are the staple of my "card stash" - SOMEBODY always needs one! So when I'm looking to just get inky and *create*, I often make birthday cards. This is no exception - love that quirky bird marching to his own drummer...reminds me of myself!
